Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, create, and maintain web content to meet client expectations.

Mentor junior designers on advanced design concepts coaching sessions, and provide feedback on practice assignments.
Key design skills required:

In-depth knowledge of web design and maintenance
Advanced experience with search engine functions and optimization (SEO/SEM)
Experience with web page versioning/source control and of Content Management Systems
Strong typography, layout and visual design skills
Must be a quick learner, hardworking, and self-driven
Good knowledge on working in Photoshop is a must
Good Knowledge of English language is a must
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines is a must
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
Strong interpersonal skills, be able to explain complex technical information in an easy-to-follow way, and be able to find creative solutions to project briefs
Should be open to working in night shift on a rotational basis
